Fairfax County Ordinance parking tabulation

I need a certified engineer licensed in the state of VA to conduct a parking tabulation (Parking Study) for my business requirement in obtaining a building permit. The previous space was used for a small commercial airplane operation and we are now using this space for a dance studio. We will need to file a change of use and provide a parking study for how many parking spaces we may be eligible for.
