Okay I understand the project "Flash Chat to HTML5 Revamp -- 2" I have done 250 projects, some are completed, some incompleted & I get the completion rate 89%  on this, this 89% covers the completed & incompleted from the 250 projects that I accepted. its clear. then further next 6 months, I accepted 35 projects mostly are completed with 5-star & happy reviews also possible that 90% of clients say "yes" as you mentioned in your last comments.
