Wix orders and invoicing for booking services

I'm in need of a Wix developer capable of creating a custom booking service order and invoicing system that can handle multiple aspects of the process. Key Tasks: 1: Potential customer visiting (or owner of wix store manually entering) the wix website to add a booking service to the cart. The booking service has options, as an example Booking service basic service $900.00 Includes 10 pcs of xxx (each additional 1pcs is $15 each) customer chooses how many pcs they need and price adjusts automatically) includes 50 Feet of xxx (each additional 10 feet is $20 each) includes 3 hours of service (each additional hour is $100 each) (these additional hours are calculated automatically based on the above 10pcs. so each additional 10 pcs adds an additional hour of service OPTIONAL FEATURE The client should enter a Zipcode and if this zipcode is within a certain distance from our primary zipcode, then the price changes automatically. Within 25 miles of our zipcode, price remains the same, 26-50 miles add $75.00, 50-60 miles add $200. Over 60 miles we do not service A $500 deposit invoice is sent to all customers upon order entry, the final payment is invoiced upon service completion.
