Website in single .html w/ external sources

I need the following end result: A single .html with styles and script defined in that file. The script builds the pages by reading a setup file (domain/[login to view URL]) and fetching the content at the server, stored for several languages like domain/en/[login to view URL] and domain/fr/[login to view URL] .... There is NO design work, it’s all just javascripting (fetching and building html) and html (just some layouts), although the images might fly in, or be replaced creatively. Nothing really difficult. Backwards navigation should be handled, since it’s 1 page only (seen from the perspective of the browser) to fix skipping back to the previous website. I’m a software programmer for 23 years, please don’t start to teach me how it is supposed to work! If you don’t understand what is written here, you don’t understand what I want, and we should not even begin to try to work with each other. It’s a 10 hour job.
