Basic sliding tile jquery function with masked area

I have a layout that needs horizontal sliding data INSIDE of a div...generally this effect: [login to view URL] The requirements: 1 - IT MUST be mobile compatible, take into consideration responsive layouts, the site is responsive, so the "stage" div will change sizes. 2 - IT MUST take into consideration vertical scrolling, each "tab" needs to act independently, so if one tab has a ton of data that makes the page scroll vertically, browsing to the next tab will not have that same scrolling. 3 - IT MUST wait for a ajax function we give you to complete before it scrolls. 4 - it will exist INSIDE of another DIV area. So the example I linked above will not work, it has to be able to animate inside of a predefined space on the page. I'm looking for really solid, detail oriented, CSS/jquery experts that don't require my team to point out everything that isn't correct. I have LOTS of large projects, so prove yourself on these small ones and more work will be on its way.
