Page needs pop-up video

We're looking for a developer to help create a pop-up video similar to the site here [login to view URL] If you click the play button in the center, a window pops up and the video starts to play. We'd like the same exact functionality at our site. Pop-up window should be the same size as this sample site. Video will be stored locally within the site folder. Our site is located at [login to view URL] We will provide site files upon project acceptance, which will include the video. We'd like this completed within the next 12 hours so only respond if you're free to start immediately and can do the work within this time frame. Also, upon completion, you will need to let us know which files were edited.
