10 Homepage design templates for hotels and restaurants

We need EXCELLENT designers to design 10 web templates (to start) for Hotels and Restaurants. All designs must be original so we do not run into legal issues. Purpose Making Homepage design template of hotel and restaurant 2. Template Design Tentative Work 1) To decide design concept with making reference to capture file attatched - Color concept, Style concept of each characteristic site 2) To decide full layout - Draw overall outline with making reference to storyboard 3) Start Template design tentative work with using photoshop - Main Page, Sub Page, Board View Page (galary type, general type) 3. Design Coding Work 1) Completed design must be preserved to fix later Ex) [login to view URL], [login to view URL]… (PSD file must be preserved.) 2) Folder Constitution - Folder Constitution must be made up exactly like attatched file. 3) Do Image cutting just like the layout which designer originally intended. 4) Fundamental style coding.(css file) Ex) Font arrangement, Table arrangement, Font color, and so on.. 5) Coding by HTML - Inserting comments where needed. - 4 Pages must be completed by HTML file.
