I need an existing website rebuilt. I already have a design, I just need you to build a website for my small business. Just had the site revamped with CMS - Wordpress however, I cannot go live with the site because specific, critical database and scripting aspects that are not functioning as was. Strict requirements in the following areas: 1. Comprehensive understanding and ability to speak English. I don't have time for communication shortfalls because of a language barriers. MUST be able to understand systems aspects and willing to take the time to understand current state of current website and ensure every aspect works the same before product launch This includes all forms, calculations, payment gateways and how the data is capurtured for use by the administrator of the site. There is a current admin backend that must stay in tact for the ability to run and operate the website. 2. Don't ask me to leave feedback when you haven't completed the work. Finish the project, test it and prove every aspect is valid before launching the site 3. Must be able to prove out all functionality on test server to ensure all requirements have been met. All access will be provided to existing site upon award. The benchmark of how it needs to function exists. Make the CMS site work in function, the exact same way, except that the CMS provides mobile browser capability. 4. All mobile browsers need to work, including the forms and selections on iPhone safari etc... I haven't used freelancer in years because of the lack of follow through from developers. I need someone willing to follow this through to the end and understand what I am asking. There is opportunity for follow on work if someone can get it right.
