Seeking graphical artist to create a set of images for a project

BEFORE YOU PLEDGE READ THE PROJECT, A HY WE CAN DO IT OR SIMILAR MESSAGE WILL BE IGNORED. I NEED YOU TO REPLY WITH A FULL SENTENCE AND EXAMPLES AS REQUESTED. I need an artist with good creative skills to make some banners to be used in a Kickstarter project. The complete work will require: a) 12 long banners displaying the models of the project (see attached example) each banner needs to hold 12 figures. (I will provide all the 3D models on clear background) some about 6 will require cutting the design from a white board (attached example 2). b) Some minor banners will be required. Another 8 or 10 total. These will be for titles and some minor instructions. All images are easy cut and paste projects. The artist applying must be creative and find an appropriate background to be used. I don't like the parchment. And design a top and bottom frame to match like in the examples. The characters are CHIBI style and are D&D characters. When you apply please provide the following or no reply will be given: 1) An example (if available) of some cartoonist work done. 2) A brief explanation on what you will do to provide me with the wanted images. Like I know what D&D is, and I can draw a cartoonist background. Or explain what steps you will do to obtain the final results. What font do you suggest or what background you think it will fit. 3) Give me a realistic price to make the 12 long banners + 10 more smaller images. I understand is an estimate and once all the data is available final price can be discussed and adapted accordingly. 4) Have you done graphics for any miniature company or Kickstarter project? Not necessary but if you did provide me some examples. Project funding is very limited, and I will be up forward saying please bid a realistic price, I need to be careful with finances. Time frame: We have about 1 month to complete all the graphics.
