Print utility

I want a utility that does what this product does [login to view URL] Using a different method to reduce ink (their method (code algorithm)? is? patented). Let's make the first version very simple. No algorithms and no conversions. Here's what I envision. Hit print, windows print dialog opens, hit print again and my utility opens. 3 ways it will run 1)you can choose to let it open on every print 2)let it run invisibly with the current settings 3)not to run at all 3 choices for amount of ink savings 25% 50% and 75% a monochrome or color choice 3 choices for resolution high, medium, and low Then based on these choices we load the appropriate predefined printer profile. The ink savings would be accomplished by using different profiles with the following characteristics: reduced intensity, reduced color percentages, reduced resolution, black only, a paper type that is designed to get less ink and anything else you can think of. You can create a custom profile in 5 or 10 minutes on inkjet printers that allow user defined profiles. It should give you a better idea of what's required. The initial version will support the most popular printers and printers that use common profiles. I'm looking for a very inexpensive bid to get this project started, from there it will continue to grow.
