I need some Graphic Design -- 2

I have two texts for a presentation (Modelisation des projets... - French AND MineralEconomics... English) that need to be formatted... and tidied up. With consistent system of fonts. Matched to the colours and brand of this other corporate presentation (A02FiscalBasic), using same master slide (with the OpenOil and GIZ logos on the bottom). Where images are blocking out text I need them resized so that everything is clear. PLEASE NOTE: I dont need any new graphics, just a good looking presentation look and feel achieved with consistent fonts, nice spacing and the existing core graphics. Please note I need both English and French - please do the French first (with a separate milestone) and then the English... As this is pure formatting, there is no need of French language skills - and you can use the English text alongside in case of any doubt about which text goes where... I would recommend also you do ten slides and then sending me a message so we can go over whether it looks OK... before going on with the whole lot. I need the French done in the next 24 hours.
