Mid size project : Design Custom 100+ web pages @ $4 per PSD

I am looking for an experienced UI front end web designer to create around 120 PSDs for a full width responsive web design. 1. The designer MUST have prior experience in designing dashboard, ecommerce/marketplace, user profile pages, content management responsive sites, Mobile UI, etc. The website is a Social networking & marketplace website. 2. Must have attention to details and never compromises on quality. The designer should be on the driving seat and should be willing to go extra miles to ensure perfection. 3. I am looking for an artist who see things differently, love creating beautiful, eye catching and innovative designs. 4. Along with user Interface, the designer should have understanding of user experience. Please provide examples of similar work you have done.
