Job / Tasks
Currently, the role involves handling the day-to-day administrative functions for the smooth running of our marketing campaign for a US-based industry leader. The campaign reaches over 5 million people in the US daily. The role can grow to a full-time marketing assistant position with an ability to work on several different projects. It could later involve working on strategy, automation, workflows, and other marketing related tasks.
The ideal candidate would have copywriting, marketing automation setup, and strategy experience.
Education / Work experience
The best person for this MUST have some CRM/Marketing automation experience: Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Act-On, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience including certifications from Hubspot marketing training, Google Certifications, or some experience on marketing platforms. Ideally, studied marketing, or digital marketing.

See, this is the problem with job ads today. Your description is loaded with a bunch of noise, but it doesn't say anything. It's like whoever wrote this said to themselves "let's try and use as many business buzzwords as possible because that's the IT thing to do!" Not only that but you provide a healthy list of qualifications that the "ideal candidate" must possess, but no person in their right mind who has those qualifications would even remotely consider bidding on this job for $8-$15 dollars an hour. It would be like McDonald's requiring a cashier to have a Master's Degree. Now, if you're willing to pay a lot more and are looking for someone who can do the job, regardless of their "qualifications" and can cut through all of this business jargon that doesn't say anything, then we can negotiate.
