Using word perfect 12, create a template to create a flyer to be given to real estate agents and home buyers from loan officers. The template will allow the loan officer to enter a location for the loan amount, interest rate and payment. There will also be a location for the loan officer to enter a jpeg file. There should be several templates to choose from and have an attractive layout to attract buyers and real estate agents. The maximum payment for this project will be $15 US dollars.
