Digital menu for a food truck

Hi I have designed similar for 9:16 ratio videos for in store activations for Dufry, so I understand the importance of clear messaging and the amount of time on screen to allow for people to read. As it is a digital menu, I would suggest breaking the screen in to two areas. The top would be animated and used to up sell certain food items and the bottom would remain static with the menu on.
