Design website of a London Lettings Co. -- 2

We need a graphic design to design a website, create a storyboard, for a Short and Long Term Lettings Company in Central London, so that we can pass it on to a developer to build all the technical bits. The Company has an Apartment Block in Fitzrovia London, in the middle of all the Best Tourist Spots, and also within minutes walk of the Central Line and Oxford Circus Tube station, taking people directly to the major works areas of the city. So we want to push this, perfect for tourists, perfect for people coming to work. With the Tourist element, we want to highlight the proximity of our building, where they would be staying, to the best sites, making it playful and very clear, like a typical london tourist map or tube map. Most of our clients come from the US and China so they love the historical aspects of the City, the pomp and ceremony. We want to capture that. You are surronded by top tourist spots as well, The British Museum, Madame Tussuads, Oxford Street, Soho, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Regents and Hyde Park etc etc, the list is huge. [login to view URL] With the work element, the station within minutes walk of the building, take you directly to Victoria, Bank and the City, Canary Wharf, and on top of that, you are walking distance from Mayfair, a serious commercial hub for a lot of the UK's largest companies, as well as the centre of the highest end shopping. We want the site to be pretty simple right now, not too many pages. The basics need to be; Calendar and Booking Page, List of Apartments available (ideally these two pages will be the same), Tourist Locations, Work Location, and then contact info throughout. There might be more pages necessary but I can't think of them now. We don't want the site to look soulless, like a new build apartment, it needs to be fun and easy to understand, so someone who doesnt know London can easily understand where the location is in relation to all the sites and work places. We would also need an email signature designed for when people contact us or book with us and we send a confirmation email. Not too formal. I might miss things so let me know if you have any questions. We would want it created pretty quickly as well, in a week or so ideally. And we would like to know a fixed price for it. It would also be good to see your portfolio, or examples of your websites.
