8.5 x 11 Collage from a female designer

Hello, I'm looking for a female designer to design collage pages for a sticker book. Here are the specs. 1) 8.5" x 11" PDF and Source File 1A) RGB Color 2) The space between the kiss cut lines from the kiss cut lines is at least 2mm, and the bleed for each kiss-cut sticker is at least 1mm 2A) The space between the kiss cut lines from the Peripheral cutting lines is at least 3mm I'll attach the sample of the lines for reference. Please refer to it. (a sample design artworks with a standard20231006(2) .pdf) 3) You must add the kiss-cut lines, which are in red in the sample and follow the guidelines above. 3A) The kiss cut-lines can be random shapes and sizes 4) The file attached whatimlookingfor .png is the look im going for. 5) Binding at the left. 6) For The image files I'm sending, please keep the font the same size or you can increase it but never decrease it. 7) I would like you to add elements to it that can be used as stickers to, such as shapes, tape, and other design features. Add cut lines to those as well. 3-4 of these a page will be fine. 8) All the elements are text and some, you might have to retype.
