Need top class designer to design a jobs aggregator website

I have a existing jobs aggregator website, it is like [login to view URL] which displays jobs from more than 75 countries .It is functionally allright but I am planning to revamp it with a proper responsive design and a professional revamp in look and feel to give a better user experience, more confidence to customer to improve conversion. I need a professional designer to provide me with the .psd file (only design) for home page, search page, job details page, and overall website theme . I will get it implemented (html, css) myself. Those who respond, please provide relevant jobs (in jobs, recruitment industry) Provide reference to only the best 3 of your work For easier communication,overlapping timezone i prefer proposals from UK/USA/Western Europe only I prefer to work with individual designers than agency workers. You should be able to design something ground up and not merely alter some them and give. The designer should be creative and a out of box thinker. I will give more details to shortlisted designers. If i am not satisfied with any of the proposals i may not hire anyone ( as done in past)
