WordPress Theme and Logo Design

I am looking for a professional designer out there that is very good at creating great looking WordPress sites. Here is the basic list of what I need: 1.A professional customize WP Theme for a helicopter sales and service company. [login to view URL] page design with three cycling frames which advertise each of the main services (I have all the stock art images you will be using attached to this bid.) [login to view URL] the home page work with the wp-e-commerce plug-in to display the featured helicopter inventory. (No payment integration, just display products only and I will be loading products myself later after completion.) [login to view URL] a new logo that will be integrated into the header of the theme. The logo does not need to be print quality. I am needing a web quality logo for this theme only (please take that into consideration with your bid.) You must read the attached specification document before you bid on this project. It contains details like the main web site we want to look like and a logo idea we want to emulate.
