Logo design for church

Greetings Designers, I need a church logo in vector format. Here are the instructions: 1. Three human silhouettes with their hands up in victory. The one in the middle needs to be a male with a torch in his hand and a crown as he stands on the bible (this is Christ). 2. The torch should have a flame. 3. The two on the sides can be a female silhouette and a male silhouette, then there should be a tree on each side of the male & female with grass before them. 4. I need a circle with a border going around the whole image. At the top of the circle I need these words in upward circular form, "Living in Victory Everyday", than at the bottom in downward circular form I need this phrase "Victory Worship Center". 5. Can I also have a shine to the logo? 6. Color scheme: black (silhouettes), brown (tree & bible), green (grass & leaves, text), and red,yellow,gold (flame, torch, and cross). If it's possible, could you send me the layer file? Also, I need revisions for my pastors to view before final draft. If you can send me a link to your porfolio that would be great!
