Design a Logo and Short Youtube Introduction

Hello, I am looking for a logo paired with a short 15-20second youtube introduction labelling the company. I am just creating this account now and would like the logo to represent a prestigious feel. Meaning, when people see/view the logo and introduction, they will be under the impression that we are established and professional. The logo will be " TMG " representing " The McAuley Group" "slogan: Invest In Yourself! ". Now since this is going to be a youtube site offering investment advice, the intro should relate to money etc. Colours i like: green, silver, black, and white; really any variaition that goes with green. ( im not too picky on the colours, aslong as it looks good. Now for the logo, I was almost thinking of having TMG as like an emblem. For example (not what i want) but consider the letters TMG on like a platinum diamond shaped emblem. To be honesty, im open for anything. For the logo, As long as its simple, professional and prestigious! For the youtube intro, im more flexibile here aslong as it highlights the company and is money oriented.
