Need 1 Brochure

I need 1 brochure designed. I have content, pics and mostly have it laid out. I am looking for someone with fantastic editing/writing skills and someone who can make this project "pop" as I just have it laid out on a blank Publisher doc. I will need certain things to remain, but I want someone who will take the fonts, colors, etc and go to town artistically. We have a logo with certain colors, but I am open to anything. Need fonts, colors addressed and all pictures and text boxes the same size or at least the look good brochure-wise. Also, some cool fade out borders or whatever would be good. If you bid on this project, I want a description of what you will do and not just a bid. Also, I need this done within 24 hours. If you're exactly what I want, I may consider longer. Need it delivered in a variety of formats. pdf and publisher as a minimum. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
