I created a google form, that when submitted automatically updates a google sheet with the results. When those results pull over to google sheets, I want the Google sheet to:
1) Automatically create a new Sheet within the document for that row of information (New info in image 1) and
2) Auto populate the results within the new Sheet using formulas (picture 2)
3) With a final result of (Picture 3) every time a new result comes through
