Access to legal search engine like Lexis Nexis or West Law is required. Legal research and legal writing experience is required. I would like legal research to support my arguments to the court below: 1- Due process requires that the validity of keogh retirements assets must be determined at trial not in post judgment collection procedures and not by filing motions (motion proceedings); 2- My existing keogh accounts are valid for at least the following reasons - a) they have never been challenged by the IRS for over the past 40 years, b) The required annual forms for retirement accounts have been annually filed pursuant to law. I need find out what are the rules, regulations, and law regarding filing annual reports and forms; by me and/or by the financial institution holding my retirement assets, and also I need blank or sample copies of these required forms; c) What is the statute of limitations to challenge validity of my retirement Keogh accounts, and to have me produce financial past records in court? Can financial records can be thrown out after statute of limitations. How many years do I have to keep financials records, and how many years back do I have to produce financial and tax records as evidence to the federal court?
