Flash CS3 AS3 Custom Application

I need someone with the following qualifications: 1) Actionscript 3 programmer 2) Competent with Adobe Flash CS3 3) Ability to flash components that will interact with database applications and XML 4) Ability to speak English very well and have great communication skills 5) Must have some experience working with graphics and in photoshop I have attached details for this project as [login to view URL] and a sample image as [login to view URL] I have source files for other projects that can demonstrate how a flash application can interact with the flash panorama player. I also have a lot of skill in this area as well and my be able to provide some help.
