Rebuild of eCommerce Website needed

I need a redesign of [login to view URL] Currenly, my home page is the shopping cart - I need a new home page created that is bright, professional and allows me to display textual information as well as a section that cycles (slideshow) thru products within a specific category within the shopping cart. Once the home page is developed, all subsequent pages, forum, blog, shopping cart, etc. must be updated to match the new theme of the home page. I will need a Newsletter Template created that matches the theme of the new home page. I need proper SEO on ALL web pages with Analytical Tracking. I am open to changing the shopping cart if it is easier to manipulate and tie to the home page.
