We need custom Flash animation made for the atom like graphic on the attached image files. Attached are two files showing the normal and hover states of the animation. Photoshop files of the artwork will be provided to the chosen developer. Listed below are the details for the Flash animation: On the page is a graphic of an atom type graphic with 3 points of department. When hovered with the mouse on the department circles, the circle being hovered of that department will expand in size and fade in, as if the circle were zooming in towards the user and a text box will dissolve in to display text associated with that section of the information. This animation functionality will need to be made for the Exhibits, Environments and Events sections of this graphic.
