We are looking for professional who can do the following task for us. 1) Search financial data of sub industries in IM areas (IMS, Industrial Robots, CNC Machines, Big Data & Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Consumer Products) and provide us the estimated average EV/EBITDA multiple for each sub industries. The data source need to be provided. 2) Identify the factors associated with the startup companies in Bio-pharmaceutical / pharmaceutical industry. Explain how will each factors affect the deal value from M&A standpoint and rank them by importance. Please confirm this information with us before we move to the next step. 3) Build a model to value the startup companies in Bio-pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry. The model should include not only the quantitative factors but also the qualitative factors. Please confirm the plan with us before build it. We are expecting a model with no more than 20% difference between the predicted value and actual value.
