PPC (paid ads manager)

We are a dynamic and fast paced UK based inbound marketing agency and we are looking for a paid ads manager who knows the tips and hacks to maximise the leads and reduce the costs.
The channels include:
- Google Adwords
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter Ads
- Facebook Ads
- Pinterest Ads
We want someone who has experience with paid ads and a history of managing whole campaigns. Google's Adwords certification is important.
The position requires at least 10- 20 hours per week to start out with. Our focus is to find people we can hire full-time (30 - 40 hours) in the long run, and we'll go in that direction with the right candidate.
We are looking for someone knowledgeable in targeting, re-targeting, keywords, testing the data and providing reports. With the ability to create a great initial setup with the agreed budget, and adjust the campaign as it goes along to get the most out of it. The person should be focused on getting the best price for the highest quality of leads, with a great attention to detail (put this word in the beginning of your cover letter - 'It's all about the Ads baby').
We are also looking for someone who is confident in learning new tools and software and is able to bring a wider level of experience to the role.

7. You've got '£3k- '£5k a month. You have to market on Google Adwords, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest or Facebook. You have a library of 5 videos, 50 blogs, 5 eBooks, 5 landing pages and automated email marketing through Hubspot...and you sell Business Consultancy Packages ('£2.5k a month per person). You've 2 months to treble whatever investment you spend. Talk us through what you'd do?
