Unify TXT files into Excel. (This data is good) This is a data merge project. Merge data from 3 txt files into excel. This is NOT a simply copy paste. The data needs merged. The data from 2 of the files will become columns of data in the 'master file' (see below) Download 2 files from here: [login to view URL] Download 1 file from here: [login to view URL] Note: This is public data [login to view URL] it is completely permisable to use it. The files listed are: Deeds - don't use this file Owner: 1,817,424 lines. Step #1 for this file: Delete all rows that the aka pct_own is 0.000. This data will become columns of data in the master file ie: Owner 1 ln_num, Owner 1 name, Owner 1 aka pxt_own When the account number is listed twice, as in rows 81 and 82 will become owner 1 and owner 2 for account number 0010190000027. This data will become columns of data in the master file Parcel_tieback - don't use this file Permits - don't use this file Real_acct - 1,048,577 lines. This is the 'master'. The other text files will be merged into columns of data into this file. Real_neighborhood_code - don't use this file Ownership_history (1,566,031 lines) This data will become columns of data in the master. 1 purchase_ date, 1 name, 1 site address if there are duplicate account numbers then it will be 1 purchase_ date, 1 name, 1 site address 2 purchase_date, 2 name, 2 site address etc Then, Send me an excel file that just includes the first 100 rows of and I will respond letting you know which columns can be deleted. Next: You delete the columns I told you to delete. Final Step You send to me Excel files with the data. 200,000 rows of data per file. Type 'Oranges' in the first line of your proposal. If you don't your bid will be deleted. (this is to sort through the scammers that don't read the description.
