I started with a Template for Sales/Purchasing/Inventory Management. I was able to tweak it a little bit to my needs. Now I just need it formulas added for reporting, a few more graphs and other simple task Products Sheet - Should be all set Purchases Sheet Product Name Drop down - Make Searchable without VBA Product Category have it list as soon as product is selected Total - = Amount + Tax + Shipping - Discounts Sales Sheet Total - = Amount + Tax + Shipping - Discounts Category - Link to product category have it auto select when product is chosen Product Name Drop Down - Make SEarchable withouth VBA Graphs QTR Amount by Supplier - Change to by Product Category Quantity Sorted by Supplier - Change to by Product Category Add 3rd Column with the following graphs top Ten items sold with profit (circle/pie chart) top 5 customers total sold (circle/pie chart) Amount Purchased by Supplier Graphs Month Same as QTR Profit-Loss Details on Sheet Cash Flow Details on Sheet Balance Sheet Details on Sheet Sales by Product Details on Sheet Sales by Customer Details on Sheet Inv Aging Details on Sheet Inv Sales Details on Sheet Data Sheet can be used for any formulas like it is now, if you need to add running totals on that sheet to make report page formulas simpler that's fine.
