Create a sophisticated Gantt chart/timeline/calendar that autofills tasks backwards based on an end date? It’s for musical auditions, and I want the user to be able to put in their audition date, and their calendar will back fill will all the tasks that need to be done at certain points leading up to that date. Would possibly like to integrate this with a Google sheet, as a dynamic pdf, or as a dynamic online form.

Your project looks very interesting. I've been recently dabbling with Google Scripts to do some cool stuff for my own needs. With all these in mind, I can help you achieve what you need. Using Google Scripts it would be possible for me to create a spreadsheet with a Gantt Chart given a set of parameters. Based on what I understand from your requirements, these parameters would be: 1. Task List (this would include all the details of each task, eg. Length, Description, etc.) 2. Audition date Also with Google Scripts, it would be possible to generate a PDF file that can be emailed to whoever is auditioning.

Hello there! Google Apps would be a perfect solution for you. As I see it, it would link on a website to the Google form, where user puts in a date and the e-mail and gets a printable pdf file after submission of the form. The data can be stored in the Spreadsheet and we can use a gantt chart to plot the data. Or perhaps we could just have a calendar like table with tasks written into the cells, which could be printed by weeks or maybe months. This all can be done from within the google apps.
