The solution will depend on what how the data including your contact information is stored. It can be on a card or on a contact database. There is a power up that allows you to create and use different templates together with simple automation like when a card is moved from List A to B -use template AB or if move from B to C use template BC. However, the contact is kept in a contact db. The good thing you can associate different contact for different messages on the candidate card etc such that you can handle different matters for the candidate. Another involves the use of SMTP which I am doing for different clients. It allows you to create an opening paragraph that can include graphics, a main body and a closing paragraph. You can use HTML with it. In this case, the contact is stored as a CF no need for any DB. So it depends on your board. We can handle this as a consultant first and depending on your ability to handle the specific we can discuss the next steps.
