I have a customised graphic that I want to be able to use as a custom chart in Excel (see attached) which, depending on the value entered for each variable will change its colour. This will be based on a traffic-light scheme where Red = Low, Orange = Medium, Green = High. An example of this can be seen in the attached spreadsheet. There are 3 areas involved which are: READINESS (total of 30 points). This consists of five elements: 1. Leadership Support, 2. Need for Change, 3. WIIFM, 4. Change Process, and 5. Confidence Each of these elements can score a maximum of 6 points Scoring/Traffic Light Colour 0 - 1.99 scores Low (Red) 2 - 3.99 scores Medium (Orange) 4 - 6 scores High (Green) CAPABILITY (total of 40 points). This consists of two elements: 1. Personal Capability and 2. Organizational Capability Each of these elements can score a maximum of 20 points 0 – 7.99 scores Low (Red) 8 – 13.99 scores Medium (Orange) 14 - 20 scores High (Green) BELIEFS (total of 30 points). This consists of three elements: 1. Significant Others 2. Attitude 3. Perceived Difficulty Each of these elements can score a maximum of 10 points 0 – 3.99 scores Low (Red) 4 – 7.49 scores Medium (Orange) 7.5 – 10 scores High (Green) Note: I would also like to change the scoring values, if I want to, for which the different colours apply. For example, in Beliefs, if I want to change Low to being from 0 - 5.49, Medium to 5.5 - 7.99 and High from 8 - 10. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hey, I reviewed the spreadsheet that you shared. If I understand this correctly, the individual slices of the doughnut chart will always be on same size (since otherwise the chart may not look balanced as it s now) and the color needs to be changed as per the score of the individual in different categories. There are multiple ways to do this in excel by using the custom shapes and changing the color through some code that keeps running in the background or using the color property of excel charts. I can do it in either way and give you a dynamic graphic as required. Please let me know if you would like me to work on this project for you and we may discuss the details and the next steps. Hello, for creating something like your doughnut charts potentially there are two solutions, one is using some conditions in excel and another one is using macros, let me know if you have mac or windows. If you like we can work on a free sample in advance, also about me: I am m.s of systems engineering and b.s of industrial engineering, and excel(dashboard, pivot tables, charts, conditions, conditional formatting, statistical, financial, mathematical, string, time, date,..functions) and vba expert. I have done similar projects and I am confident about my profession, I also accept revisions and removing errors and minor changes in future for free, whenever you are ready lets go. I have good command of English that I think can be useful for this project. I have a base of statistics, data analysis, mathematics, accounting, business analysis, cost calculating, project scheduling and project management and finance that maybe helpful in this project.
