We need someone who is proficient in excel as we need a existing data altered to have dropdown menus in which calculations in specific fields for dropdown items will be automatically calculated. The excel sheet we use has 14 tabs at bottom, one for each month of the year and one for totals and one for other costs. We want to be able to auto-calculate instead of manually entering formula

The Sales Code will be the column with the dropdown menu where i can choose certain terms, This is the January tab so what i want, When i enter the values for sales, they will be added to a column on another page which totaled all the sales for that category(sales, Merchandise bought, etc), each month will have multiple rows of sales and various other categories, each tab needs to be totaled at bottom as well and we need ability to insert rows which will not effect the calculations pattern
We currently can add the dropdown but not sure about the calculations and formulas to make it auto total and sum
