Dispatch parcel and send it through Australia Post

We are a e-commerce trading company. We used to work with a freelancer in Sydney where he / she will receive the parcel and dispatch the product in Post office. We have the templates ready to feed mailing details into Australia Post. This role is particularly suitable for freelancers or part-time staffs who are already running a similar business for other e-commerce company, and or freelancers who have already been doing similar jobs for other e-commerce company. We expect there are 2 shipments per month, and the commission for each dispatch would be in a range of AUD 15 - 30. (We based our pay on a specific service rate for our staff based on the number of parcels.) According to our previous experience and base on the current volume, it should take only 30 minutes to 60 minutes to dispatch the parcels in Post office. i.e. AUD 15 - 30 would basically be the hourly pay. Once the new staff starts to pick up the business, our business volume will increase and therefore the pay will increase too.
