We then continue at a weekly basis with you sending me the files as you get them. I agree to not use in any way the material I receive or share the output of this project in any way, without prior written consent from you. I use the English Guide for Perplexed translation by Friedlander to follow the English verses, and the Hebrew online on Hebrew Wikitext for following the Hebrew text (and copying if necessary) I use google docs to share the work I make with you, so you see my work as it goes through. You accept my (hourly or four hourly) milestones as I go through them, and pay me according to whatever we agree upon ad hoc (at end of all work, twice a month, every workday, whatever you decide). I will also probably give my own remarks (since I'm a scholar of Torah and Philosophy myself) separately for your information and discussion with the Maggid Shiur.

I have transcribed quite a few files of various lengths. Is there a certain way yo want it typed? I can meet deadlines.
