I am a developer and builder of residential homes. One of the homes we are building have a stop work order because of foundation issues. Problem is: When the concrete man poured the foundation some of the batter boards were no square. When the framer erected the walls, they did not line up over the floor. The local inspection department now requires a letter from an engineer certifying the proposed solution. I have some ideas on how to solve the problem and would like to jointly work on a proposed solution.
