File Shredder

A file shredder which implements NSA erasure algorithm, and can wipe selected files in a way that will prevent them from being restored and undeleted. 1. The files are selected. Selecting files by a query and a list of queries, should also be possible. for example: User creates first query: \*ABC\*.doc and adds this query to the list of queries. This query means: all documents in all drives and folders containing the string ABC as part of their name, which have the .doc exension. Then, another query is added: all .xls documents from dates 1.1.2009 to 1.1.2010. Then the list of files is created according to the queries in the list. Each file is shown with a checked checkbox to the left of it. The user can unselect one or more files, and only the remaining selected files will wiped. 2. The selected files are wiped The proof of concept will be done by running a file recovery tool and asure that the files wiped with the software will not be recovered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
