Sheet Counter

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a sheet counter specifically for metal sheets. The sheets that need to be counted are small and thin in size. Requirements: - The counter should be able to handle more than 100 sheets at once. - Accuracy and precision are essential in counting the sheets. - The counter should be able to provide real-time counting results. FOV of images will change, So need a cropping method to make the end image to fit the algorith used (AI). 100% accuracy is required. Sheeet count can be anywhere from 100-300, Sheets are from 1.2 mm to 2 mm. Idea of this project it that the camera will be fitted in a trolly with CPU and images will be captured by moving the trolly on the shopfloor. So crop/fir/burr in common is required. Please check images carefully brfore quting anf if very sure about delivering the 100% accurate result. mpelmentation should be included-1. Signal from lighing 4 seconds before capturing the image. 2. Signal to cameara to capture the image. 3. Run the code 4. DIsplay the result on the monitor. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in developing sheet counting systems or similar automation projects. - Knowledge of metal sheet characteristics and handling. - Proficiency in programming languages and software development. - Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate counting.
