Hello, I can help you. i have used EAGLE in making arduino+Bluetooth modules. i also did a battery monitoring Project using EAGLE CAD. i can modify the foot prints, create the libraries and modify the schematics. I will also suggest to use Proteus instead of EAGLE, as Proteus has ability to show the 3D views of PCBs. for viewing the sample of PCB(3D views) and for further information please feel free to contact. Hi I am interested to this project. I am familiar with Eagle 5.11 an 6.5. But I will use 5.11 because of it supports above 2 layer also. You can open easily with 6.5. Thanks.
