Help me engineer a product in the home soda creation market based on sodium bicarbonate and citric acid

Hello, I have created a design and a proces for a new product for the home soda creation market and I am looking for an engineer to help me with the details of it to get it ready for parts sourcing and crowdfunding. In detail I expect from my potential partner: - You are an experienced mechanical engineer - You are or have access to an electrical engineer - You speak very well English - You are pro-active and you are able to communicate ideas constructively. I don't need someone just doing to job, but someone having the mindset of making the best possible product without going crazy on the production costs. - You should assist in finding better solutions to problems I have solved. - You read and react on what I write, not fly around. I am sure most of the offers will not be able - You have experience with product development - You are able to draw very detailed 3D drawings - You have knowledge about materials, parts and production methods and the costs associated with them - You know how to create production ready exploded view of the product - You know how to create a bill of materials. - You have experience with pressure and fluid calculations and preferably you have basic chemical engineering understanding - You have experience with CAM. I am not an engineer, but I have a vast amount of technical knowledge.
