WPF Widget for Specific Instagram Feed

I'm in need of a capable developer who can build an Instagram Widget for Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). The desired widget should: - Be capable of displaying a specific user's Instagram feed - Allow limitation to specific content from the feed - Have experience in integrating APIs, specifically Instagram The goal of the widget is to display video and / or images from a specific user’s Instagram feed in a WPF application. The deliverable needs to include: • A method (probably a webpage) separate from the WPF app where a user can enter their Instagram username and authorize the wpf app to retrieve content from their feed. • The webpage will allow user to specify a post that the wpf app will display the content from. • The webpage will allow the user to specify a hashtag that the wpf app will use to search from relevant posts and then display the content from the post • The WPF App will only display the content (image/video) from the post, not the post itself. The ideal person for this project would be someone with experience in WPF, .NET, and who understands Instagram APIs. Familiarity with developing widgets or similar functionalities would be an added value. The purpose of this project is to enable a sleek, user-friendly approach of bringing Instagram data to WPF-driven applications.
