RENAME 662 FILES

This job should take about 4-5 hours. I Have 662 invoices that I need renamed in a particular format. The files need to be opened to check the details and the filenames need to be changed to: COMPANY(10CHAR)-INVOICEDATE(DD/MM/YYYY)[login to view URL] Example: The document is an invoice from Acorn Exhibitions dated April 20, 2016 with invoice nubmer 000452. It is a Jpeg document This invoice should be renamed to: ACORNEXHIB-20/04/[login to view URL] first 10 characters of company name - date in format DD/MM/YYYY - Invoice number without any dashes or special characters - PAID status. JPG is the correct file suffix for Jpeg documents. IMPORTANT - if the invoice number has any dashes or special characters - remove them. So invoice number SIN-112834 becomes SIN112834 when naming the file. ALL invoices in this batch are status 'PAID'. Leave all files in the folders you find them in. Full file download here.
