Product Data Entry (Excel based)

Here are the requirments for the job: I have an excel spreadsheet that has 8 columns in it and i have attached a copy of it to this project. I have a specific website that you will need to go to and get the infomration from, it is basiclly "cut & paste". I really dont care how you get the info, but i just need it. The description will need to be vaild html code that will verify with w3c(dot)org. The script that i use to load the file is delimited with quotes, so I can not have qoutes ANYWHERE or the file will not process correctly. I will not accept anything less. I will explain as needed. The images that are located on the pages (site) where you will be getting the info will be required as well. you dont have to do anything with them, just download and send them to me. These are all aquarium related items and i have approx 1000-1200 products that i need filled in. You will not have to update the cataolg online or anything I will take care of that, i just need the data entry part done. it is a simply job, so if you beid crazy i will ignore them. NO PLACEHOLDERS, FIRM BIDS ONLY! I WILL NOT EXCEPT THEM AND WILL IGORE THEM, PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME.
