Email list building and data scraping -- Sweden

My project requires a freelancer to help me build an email list and collect data. I am looking for someone experienced in collecting customer contact information, as well as help creating targets. The job requires collection of more than 500 records. I need someone who is confident they can deliver accurate results with attention to detail.
