I used to work as a customer service representative as a travel agent in a one of a well-known BPO company in metro for 6 mos. Actually its my first time to be in that kind of industry. I'm a hard working employee that like to be on top. After training we are ready to handle different kind of customers. I was the top agent for 2 consecutive months. Then I got promoted to be an OIC in the floor for 2 months. Then another promotion is waiting for me actually this September however I declined the offer because of the travel distance from my home to the office..
I can proudly say that I'm qualified for the job. I'am willing to undergo training. I'am capable and knows how to use GDS specifically Amadeus.I'm a certified TICO ( Travel Industry Council of Ontario) passer, Its a requirement in our company to take this Canadian based exam. I'am an achiever, hardworking, open-minded and knows and well trained on how to handle different kind of customers.
My plan for this job is to know and understand the product that I'am selling or representing so that when customer ask me of something, I can give a specific and direct answer.
Techniques will be building rapport to a customer in a transaction way.
