Manually extract data / multiple logins required

I need to gather some data from the CMIE website. I basically want to get a time-series of number of projects per quarter across Indian districts. The issue is that with a free login to the CMIE website, I only get 50 pageviews at a time. I need for each district three different views of the data. As there are roughly 600 districts in India, this means the person doing this job would need to set up 36 accounts. We may start with just a subset of the districts, to see how we are proceeding.
