Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data. -- 2

Im looking for a person to create an excel spread sheet of property name, management companies names, apartments fax number and apartments phone number by d0ing a specific search on Google. Send me your address so i can send over the attached pictures. 1.) Go to [login to view URL] and under "find an apartment" type in Houston, WA 2.) To the left under "Search Radius" click 10 miles and make sure you click update search and roughly 306 apartments should populate (attachment 7 (1)) 3.) From here i need you to copy each page of communities to a word document(see attachment 2 (1)). The reason i have you do this is because if you were to leave the site they reorganize all the apartments and you would have to start over fro scratch. 4.) Now that you have the list saved in a word document you can start compiling the information into an Excel document. 5.) The first 5 cells should be in red and titled: Property Name, Management Company, Fax, Phone & Notes (see attachment 6 (1)). 6.) To search for this info you copy the name of the apartment from the Word list and past it into Googles search engine and add "APARTMENTS HOUSTON" after the name of the community (see attachment 1(1)). 7.) For the most part the phone number will pull up in the results like in attachment 1 and you can copy and paste the number to excel. If not you may have to search and go to the property website like the 1st result in attachment 1(1) and get the number. If you cant find the local number than copy and paste the [login to view URL] number (normally starts with 888 or 866) they have listed (this shouldn't happen often)(attachment 4(1)). 8.) After you have the apartment name and phone number pasted on the excel sheet(make sure you don't mix up the fax and phone number cell and put the phone number in the fax field and vise versa), you will click on the that apartment search that is on the [login to view URL] website which is the 3rd option (see attachment 3(1)). 9.) It will take you to the [login to view URL] page for that apartment community. From here on the left side it will give you the properties fax number (see attachment 4(1)), copy and paste that in the fax cell in Excel. 10.) Lastly, you will scroll down this page and on the right side of the page it will have the property management info (attachment 5(1)). You copy and paste the property management companies name in excel. You do this for all the 306 communities. Sounds like a lot but once you get the hang of it it's easy. I need the same thing done with Dallas also. In addition i have a list for San Antonio completed minus the fax number so i need the fax number to be added as well. If pictures aren't attached i will email them.
