Amazon FBA listing tool

We are an online bookseller wishing to use an application to list items in accordance with Amazon FBA. Using VBA and excel, to create an application into which we can enter a barcode/EAN of a book which will then retrieve information from Amazon using their AWS API and populate a .csv file. The application’s main use would be to write specific information to a .csv file, including the following information for each barcode entry: EAN of the book – retrieved from Amazon FNSKU – Amazon SKU Title of the book – retrieved from Amazon A default cost price – user defined as a sticky field Quantity – user defined as a sticky field Condition of the item – based on the user’s choice of a radio button; new, very good, good and acceptable Write default comments based on the the condition of the item to file Each label printed, needs to contain the following elements: • FNSKU: An identifier used by Amazon fulfilment centres to identify each unique item. • Name: Title of the book or name of the item. • Condition: Describes the condition of the item. The process would be as follows; 1 – User picks up a book, decides on the condition and selects the appropriate radio button on the interface 2 – User scans the barcode of the book 3 – Application looks up the title of the barcode entered and writes the title to a .csv file, along with the preset info such as quantity, cost price, and condition comments etc 4 – Application also prints a barcode to a thermal label printer that the user sticks to the item 5 – User picks up next book and so on… Please get in touch if you have experience with Amazon API, VBA and data processing.
